A Weighted Optimization Interference Alignment Algorithm in the MIMO Interference Channel

In this paper, the problem of designing transmit and receive matrices is concerned in the constant MIMO interference channel. We introduce a weight in a distributed interference alignment algorithm which plays a role of adjusting interference from unintended transmitters. Then, we will further reduce the interference through “rotation” operation. The simulations show that the sum-rate of proposed alignment outperforms the existing algorithms especially at low SNR region and the interference existing in the system depends on the weights. Finally, based on the weighted optimization proposed in this paper, “rotation” could further improve the system performance of sum-rate.
